Drury Suites Cape Girardeau

I really liked this hotel and how it's been updated - especially the walk-in shower and technology-friendliness. The reasons why I give it four instead of five stars are as follows: 1) There's no night-light in the suite between the bedroom and the bathroom so I had to leave the black-out curtain open in order to be able to see while on my 3-4 bathroom calls a night. This was a problem because the light from the window was visible from the bed, making it hard to sleep. 2) The woman who checked me in didn't explain anything about the food service or the times. Granted, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the "Kickback" feature (it's been years since I stayed in a Drury, so what do I know?) and I really liked that the breakfast service begins at 6am. But I should have been told about these services during check-in. Overall, though, I'm glad I stayed and that I'm a rewards member so I can check out other Drury Hotels in the future. On a side note, I stayed in the Drury in Poplar Bluff the following night and the Cape hotel wins. But a walk-in shower will always win over a curtained tub as far as I'm concerned.

This place is fantastic! It is an older building completely reworked. They have turned what used to be three separate into 2 very spacious rooms. King bed area was in a seperate room with the other having a sofa with a pullout and chairs with a large amount of relaxing space. Drury has outdone themselves. Also pet friendly.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. The room (a king delux) was very clean. The staff was super helpful and nice and the breakfast was hot and good. Tge hotel is also located by stores and lots of restaurants, so not a far drive to anything. I highly recommend!

Staff is very friendly and clearly customer service oriented. The dinner was decent for being free but fairly limited and not stocked often. My only other complaint is there were several loud and violent altercations outside and made me happy to be on the 4th floor.

We booked this hotel last minute and they were absolutely great. No issues at all, and they are pet friendly! We had the king suite, which had a separate living space and it was perfect for working during the day. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast and dinner that were provided were really good. They even had a very nice lady making mini pancakes! Clean pool and hottub area, as well. When we come back to town, we will be staying here!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and love the 5PM extras. Service staff is always attentive and helpful.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at since COVID - staff was very attentive, breakfast and happy hour was really enjoyable. Lots of space in the lobby for kids to be comfortable as well. Update: We had another fantastic stay at the Drury Inn & Suites! The location is incredibly convenient and the property is spotless and easy to navigate. Most of the staff were wonderful—the breakfast team, in particular, was so kind and helpful, making the morning start on a high note. The Happy Hour was a major highlight thanks to the awesome bar staff! My only real disappointment was the lack of a digital tipping option. I really wanted to show my appreciation for the great service, but I didn't have cash on me, and they don't have a way to add a tip to the room or a card. The only other minor hiccup was a rather 'stale' encounter from the guy at the front desk, but the rest of the team more than made up for it. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean! Staff is fantastic and friendly! Kickback social supplies 3 free drinks and a free meal nightly. Full hot breakfast every morning. This is my definite stay when in cape! The hot tub is amazing! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Large walk in showers with actual pressure and hot water!! Very kid friendly
